Natalia Nicolaidis, Founder

Natalia Nicolaidis, our founder, brings over three decades of executive leadership and governance expertise. She has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, including 24 years as a trusted advisor (establishing and leading the Global Risks & Controls function and later becoming the General Counsel to the Investment Banking & Capital Markets division of a major global bank). She is dedicated to empowering leaders, accelerating growth, and helping organizations identify blind spots in today’s fast-paced environment. Her mentoring approach draws on extensive boardroom experience and a proven track record of guiding leaders to unlock their full potential. Beyond corporate advisory, Natalia contributes to global governance initiatives, including her role as a founding board member of the Climate Governance Initiative–Greece, reinforcing her commitment to resilience, sustainability and change.

Bill Gallagher, Partner

Bill is a thought leader in fostering corporate and personal resilience and sustainability. He brings extensive experience in international banking and corporate governance, having spent 27 years in New York and London-based senior executive roles at global banks. Bill has held senior leadership roles across Europe and the U.S., advising boards and executives on risk management, regulatory strategy, and organizational transformation. Bill is an Adjunct Lecturer of Finance for the Master’s in International Management Program at the London campus of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, where he focuses on Leveraged Finance.  

His work focuses on strengthening governance frameworks and guiding leaders through complex change with clarity and resilience.
