Natalia Nicolaidis, Founder
Natalia has a wealth of leadership experience, with an executive career that spans more than 30 years. Natalia builds excellence by accelerating growth and empowering leaders, helping build on their potential and identify blind spots. Her mentoring value proposition lies in her battle-tested experience, of particular importance in today’s fast-paced environment. She is passionate about unlocking the value-add of female potential.
Natalia demonstrates her own leadership through her work on her portfolio of board memberships. She is committed to enhancing corporate resilience while empowering change. In the not-for-profit arena, she also is a founding board member of the Climate Governance Initiative-Greece, a global project that assists board members address corporate governance-related climate issues.
Natalia has extensive experience in the Financial Services industry, including 24 years as trusted advisor at Credit Suisse. Here, amongst other roles, she was the General Counsel to the Investment Banking & Capital Markets division. Previously she had established and led the global Risks & Controls function of the Investment Banking Department where she shared with pride the success of her teams. Natalia crystalizes the vision of management teams in leading change. She was a catalyst in successfully embedding an inclusive culture into her investment banking department.
Natalia is a champion of the next generation of female leaders. She is a published author and frequent speaker in conferences on female leadership in industry as well as financial services throughout Europe.
Natalia is an Affiliated Fellow at the Denny Center For Democratic Capitalism and Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University Law Center (GULC) and Former Chair of the GULC European Law Advisory Board; Member NY Bar. Natalia’s previous philanthropic engagements included acting as trustee of the Credit Suisse EMEA Foundation, largely focused on expanding outreach opportunities for underprivileged young people.

Bill Gallagher, Partner
Bill is a thought leader in fostering corporate and personal resilience and sustainability.
Bill’s passion is in helping founders, owners, chairs or CEOs realize their ambitions. He has counseled an entrepreneur who started her own financial services company, and had helped the controlling owner of a private company realize a strategic transaction that allowed him to take on a logistically challenging but rewarding client while extracting value for family members.
In his work, Bill uses his expereince, knowledge and instincts honed over 30 years in global senior executive and advisory positions.
Since 2016, Bill has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Euronext Brussels-listed Cenergy Holdings S.A., where he chairs the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and serves on the Audit Committee. Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus’s AstroBank, where he sits on the bank’s Audit and Risk Committees. Bill is also an advisor to Globalee Investment Services, a dynamic, female-led and service oriented wealth management company based in Sydney, Australia.
Bill is an Adjunct Lecturer of Finance for the Master’s in International Management Program at the London campus of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, where he focuses on Leveraged Finance. In addition, previously Bill has been an Adjunct Lecturer of Law at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus’s largest university.
Previously, Bill spent 27 years in New York and London-based senior executive roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, as well as serving as a lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
