Natalia Nicolaidis, CEO and Founding Partner

Natalia has a wealth of experience in the Financial Services industry; with a career that spans 30 years,  24 years as trusted advisor at a global universal bank. Here, amongst other roles, she was General Counsel to Investment Banking & Capital Markets.  Previously she had established and led the global Risks & Controls function of the Investment Banking Department. Natalia was also responsible for successfully embedding an inclusive culture into her investment banking department.

Natalia’s participation in the Audit, Sustainability and Nomination & Governance Committees of listed companies has deepened her dedication to broadening all aspects of the risk management and board responsibility platforms so as to serve all stakeholders.  She is committed to enhancing corporate resilience while empowering change.

Her philanthropic engagements includes serving as a founding board member of the Climate Governance Initiative - Greece, part of a global project hosted by Hughes Hall College, Cambridge. Natalia was previously a trustee of the Credit Suisse EMEA Foundation, largely focused on expanding outreach opportunities for underprivileged young people. 

Natalia received her BA in Economics from Yale University and Juris Doctor and Masters in the Foreign Services (JD/MFS) degrees at Georgetown University. She obtained her Diplôme in Law at Bruges, Belgium from College d’Europe. 

Natalia is an Affiliated Fellow at the Denny Center For Democratic Capitalism and Adjunct Professor at the Georgetown University Law Center (GULC) and the Chair of the GULC European Law Advisory Board; Member NACD and NY Bar.  She is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Greek.

Bill Gallagher, CFO and Partner

Bill is CFO for Dynamic Counsel where he works on corporate transactions, financings, project development and ESG matters. 

Bill is an Adjunct Lecturer of Finance for the Master’s in International Management Program at the London campus of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, where he focuses on Leveraged Finance.  In addition, Bill is an Adjunct Lecturer of Law at the University of Nicosia, Cyprus’s largest university.

Since 2016, Bill has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Euronext Brussels-listed Cenergy Holdings S.A., where he serves on the Audit Committee and Cenergy’s ESG Working Group. Bill is also a member of the Board of Directors of Cyprus’s AstroBank, where he sits on the bank’s Audit and Risk Committees. Bill is also an advisor to Globalee Investment Services, a dynamic, female-led and service oriented wealth management company based in Sydney, Australia.

Bill spent 27 years in New York and London-based financial and legal positions.  Most recently, he was a Leveraged Finance, Emerging Markets, Bank Capital and Investment Grade Capital Markets advisor to Credit Suisse in London.  Previously, Bill was at UBS in London as head of EMEA Emerging Markets Lending and head of the EMEA Special Situation team. Bill also chaired globally UBS Investment Bank’s Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Commitments Committee and oversaw all bond origination and underwriting.  Bill worked with teams in London, Zurich, New York, Hong Kong / Singapore, Beijing, Tokyo, Sydney and São Paulo, and covered all primary products of DCM, including Hybrid Capital (for both corporate and financial issuers), Asset Backed Securities and Liability Management, as well as straight bond issuance for corporate, financial, sovereign, multilateral and emerging markets issuers.

Earlier, Bill was responsible for UBS Investment Bank’s team in Europe, Asia and Australia that underwrote high yield bonds, leveraged and acquisition loans, bridge loans and mezzanine facilities.  Bill was also UBS’s Euromoney-ranked European High Yield research analyst covering media, telecom and cable.

Before joining UBS, Bill was in Lehman Brothers’ Loan Syndicate in New York with responsibility for the negotiation and documentation of leveraged finance credits globally.

Bill started his career as a lawyer at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher in New York, where his practice included leveraged loans, high yield, project development, project finance, and constitutional reform in emerging markets. Bill’s project work included EPC and BOT contracting (and related financing, off-take and throughput agreements) for power plants in Bolivia, Venezuela, Chile and California and the Bolivia-Brazil Natural Gas Pipeline.
